Note:
Full regular registration: Covers all online technical sessions including the eProceedings. All papers are required to have at least one author that is registered by paying the full registration as IEEE member, IES member, and Non-IEEE Member. At the moment of registration, the accepted paper’s ID will be requested. Accepted papers need to be registered by the “EARLY Deadline”.
IEEE ICPS 2022 conference policy requires that at least one of the authors of your paper pay the full regular registration fees to allow for the inclusion of the paper in (i) the conference program and (ii) the IEEE-Xplore.
One full regular registration will cover one paper. Each additional paper from the same registering author (in total up to two additional papers) will require an additional fee of 50% of full registration. For instance, for 1 paper registered implies 1 full registration. 2 papers registered by the same author implies 1.5 full registration (1 + 0.5). 3 papers registered by the same author implies 2 full registrations (1 + 0.5 + 0.5). In this case, please use the “ADDITIONAL PAPER PAYMENT” link.
The maximum paper length is 6 pages for tracks, special sessions papers. An additional over-length fee of £50 per page is required for each page in excess of the page limit. A max of 2 additional pages can be purchased for both paper categories.
The Early Bird fees are valid until 30 APR 2022. Late registration is open until 24th May 2022. All registrations include participation in the conference program over the internet and access to materials.

Instead of face-to-face sessions, we will conduct the ICPS 2022 in a virtualized, but still interactive way.
Be prepared to submit your presentation slides in advance, and to record a video or audio of your presentation. We will soon post a how-to on this.

Payment
The participation fee(s) is paid when registering for the event. The payment is made with a credit card (no additional charges). A payment receipt will be sent to you by e-mail. Participants can also choose invoicing (invoicing fee of £20 will be added) or online banking as their payment method. Groups that have chosen invoicing as their payment method will receive a collective invoice (only one invoicing fee charged). The system sends the confirmation of payment automatically after the registration has been completed. Please make sure that the confirmation details are accurate. If the participant has provided inadequate or faulty details when registering for the event, a supplementary fee of £20 (VAT 0 %) will be charged in addition to the completed form.
Cancellation Policy
For cancellations received by 10 May 2022, the paid participation fees will be fully refunded, except for the possible invoicing fee. No refund will be issued for cancellations made after this date. No refunds will be made for no-shows. The refund will be made by bank transfer and possible bank charges will be for the registrants account. Participation that has already been registered can be transferred to another person from the same organisation without any extra charge. Cancellations and requests for refunds and registration transfers must always be made by email to icps2022@warwick.ac.uk
